The Software to which this notice is attached (the “Software”)
contains the intellectual property of Synchron Voice & Video,
Inc. Except as expressly authorized by written license agreement,
all rights in and to the Software are expressly reserved to
Synchron Voice and Video, Inc. You shall not take any of the
following actions or permit any third party to do the same: (a)
modify, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer or
reproduce the Software or create derivative works based upon the
Software; (b) resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise
transfer rights in or to the Software, and any attempt to do so
shall be void; (c) display, perform or otherwise disclose the
Software to any third party; or (d) remove or modify any
proprietary notices or labels on or in the Software.
